Welcome to EGA88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). EGA88 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the benefit of registered members located in markets where access to such services is permitted. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between EGA88 and any individual ("User", "Member", "you") who accesses, browses, registers on, or makes use of any service offered through the EGA88 platform at ega88.cam ("the Website").

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on EGA88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. EGA88 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. If we discover that an underage individual has registered or used an account, that account will be immediately closed and any funds contained therein will be forfeited or returned at EGA88's sole discretion.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of EGA88 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have a pre-existing account on the Platform that has been closed, suspended, or self-excluded at your own request. Only one active account per person is permitted.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law.

When registering for an account with EGA88, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password at all times;
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying EGA88 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

EGA88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from EGA88 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the EGA88 platform. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose — including bonus abuse, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, EGA88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content available on the Platform;
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party;
• Access the Platform using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software underlying the Platform;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server, network, or system connected to the Platform.

EGA88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform — including specific games, payment methods, or promotional features — at any time and without prior notice, subject to any obligations imposed by applicable law or regulatory requirements.

EGA88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian bank online transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. EGA88 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits made from unverified third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. EGA88 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 3 minutes for verified accounts transacting within standard limits. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional processing time if:

• The withdrawal amount exceeds the standard limit applicable to your account tier;
• Your account KYC verification has not been completed;
• The withdrawal request triggers EGA88's fraud or anti-money-laundering monitoring systems;
• There are outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds currently held in your account.

EGA88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. The specific terms governing each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods — are set out in the promotional documentation accompanying each individual offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all EGA88 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of winnings is permitted;
• EGA88 applies a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is stated in the promotion;
• Bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire and be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Member, per household, per device, and per payment method;
• EGA88 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus at its sole discretion if evidence of bonus abuse, account duplication, or any other form of promotional exploitation is identified;
• Wagering placed on games with an RTP exceeding 98% may not contribute fully toward bonus rollover requirements — refer to individual promotion terms for game-specific contribution rates.

All sports bets placed on EGA88 are subject to the specific market rules published on the Platform at the time of bet placement. For live-betting markets — including in-play wagers on EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UFC bouts, and other live events — the following general rules apply:

• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent price movement;
• EGA88 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the event to which it relates has already concluded or where the outcome of the event has become known to the betting party prior to bet placement;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event, per market, and per Member tier. These are displayed at the point of bet placement;
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (a "palpable error"), EGA88 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and to settle them at the correct price, or to offer a refund at EGA88's sole discretion;
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators and are final. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with our support team within 30 days of the game session in question.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the EGA88 platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account simultaneously or following a prior account closure;
• Using automated betting software, bots, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any form of scripted account activity;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit the Platform or other Members;
• Engaging in bonus abuse including, but not limited to, the creation of multiple accounts to claim introductory bonuses, using reverse-bonus strategies, or otherwise exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner contrary to their intent;
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal or unlawful activity;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void and will be reclaimed;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.

All content on the EGA88 platform — including but not limited to the EGA88 logo, brand name, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, and game assets — is either owned by EGA88 or licensed to EGA88 by the respective rights-holders. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content available on the Platform without the express prior written consent of EGA88 or the relevant rights-holder. Any unauthorised use of EGA88's intellectual property constitutes an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and may result in legal action.

Game titles, studio names, and any associated intellectual property displayed on the Platform in connection with third-party game providers remain the exclusive property of those respective providers. EGA88 does not claim ownership over such third-party intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EGA88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from bet or game outcomes;
• Data loss, system downtime, or service interruptions;
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, or FPX;
• Technical failures beyond EGA88's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, and third-party server errors.

EGA88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

EGA88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• EGA88 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account;
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• The Member's account has been identified as having been opened in a jurisdiction where access to EGA88's services is prohibited;
• EGA88 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or other legal obligation.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting EGA88 customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closures are subject to the completion of any outstanding withdrawal requests and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds. EGA88 will process any verified real-money balance to the Member's registered withdrawal method following account closure, subject to standard processing timeframes.

EGA88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission. Once a self-exclusion is active, EGA88 will take all reasonable technical measures to prevent access to the Platform from the excluded account. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once in force; however, a Member may apply to lift a self-exclusion at the end of the chosen exclusion period subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.

EGA88 strongly encourages any Member who believes their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others to seek assistance from qualified support organisations. EGA88 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Gambling should be enjoyed as entertainment — never as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which EGA88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through EGA88's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration body designated by the applicable licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall limit EGA88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other proprietary rights pending the resolution of a dispute.

EGA88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, EGA88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Members via email or a prominent notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the EGA88 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and request account closure by contacting our support team.
